Rentals

Performance Hall
Madison Room:

  • Limited to 15 person max capacity due to COVID (normally 75)

  • Based on availability

  • Please request at least 2-3 weeks in advance

  • 2 hour minimum required

  • Hall dimensions: 20 feet wide, 42 feet deep

  • Stage area: 20 feet wide, 13 feet deep

  • Dedicated and programmable stage lights

  • Baldwin baby grand piano

  • Handicap accessible

  • No sound reinforcement on premises

  • Any amplification or additional lighting must be brought in

Studios
Large Studio: Currently Not Available

  • Large studios are only available to MO teachers at this time. Please check back for updates.

  • Room dimensions: 15 feet by 12 feet

  • Rehearsal piano

Rent: $25/hour

Small Studio

  • 2 person capacity 

  • 2 hour minimum

  • Please submit your request at least 1-2 weeks in advance

  • Based on availability

  • Room dimensions: 8 feet by 4 feet

  • Rehearsal piano

Policies for Rentals

  • The Blue and Pink Studios are now available to renters with a 2-person max capacity

  • The String and Yellow Room are closed to renters and only available to MO teachers at this time

  • The Madison Room is available for rental based on availability (first priority goes to MO teachers)

  • Madison Room--there is a 15 person max capacity due to equipment being stored in the room and the need to socially distance

  • Masks are required at all times regardless of vaccination status (with the exception of horn and woodwind players while they are playing)

  • We will not require temperature checks or wellness waivers from renters but please stay home and encourage your guests to stay home if they're not feeling well, have tested positive for COVID-19 or have been in close contact with someone who has tested positive

  • All guests and renters will enter through the Main Lobby (off of Custer)--the door off of Madison is to remain closed at all times

  • Any equipment in the room upon your arrival cannot be moved

  • There is hand sanitizer, disinfectant and wipes on property

  • The kitchen is closed to renters and guests

  • A minimum of 3 ft social distancing must be maintained at all times
