Class Description:

Did you have a blast in high school or college and would like to get back into singing and acting? Are you a beginner who would like to try out the fun world of show business? Sign up for our class! Students of all experience levels will choose music and scenes from a carefully curated musical theater repertoire list that will culminate in a performance at the end of the term. The 8 week class will be divided into two segments, each 4 weeks long (two scenes total) focused on different theater eras.  You’ll act, sing, and dance a little (nothing too complicated!). You’ll also learn about the history of your scene’s composers and shows, do improv games and receive extensive, group vocal coaching. This will be an easy-going and incredibly fun class. Anticipate lots of laughs and a collaborative, supportive atmosphere.
